The protection of your personal data you provide during your visit of our website is important to us. We protect your privacy and your private data. We collect, process and use your personal data in compliance with the content of these data protection provisions as well as the applicable German data protection law, Data Protection Basic Regulation particularly the Federal Data Protection Act and the German Telemedia Act.

1. Collection of personal data
Personal data in terms of these data protection provisions are details about your personal or material circumstances. Personal data therefore allow conclusions about a person’s identity.

a) Data you expressly provide
We collect such data if you provide them to us, e.g. within the context of your registration, your completion of forms (e.g. contact forms) or sending of e-mails, within the context of ordering products or services, enquiries or request of material. Such data particularly include:
 - Your title
 - Your name and e-mail address¹

 - Your address
 - Your phone and fax number
 - Your credit card and account details²
 - Your date of birth

b) Data collection when accessing the website
Personal data also include information on your use of our Internet presence. Every time you access our sites, we collect the following information about your computer:
- Your computer´s IP adress
- The request from your browser and potentially the search engine used as well as time and date of this request
- Status and the transferred data volume of your browser request
- Product and version information about the browser used and your computer’s operating system.
- From what website our site was accessed.
Your computer’s IP address is only stored for the time of your use of our Internet presence and deleted or anonymised by abbreviating immediately afterwards. The remaining data are stored for a limited period of time. We use such data for the operation of our Internet presence, particularly in order to identify and remove any errors, to identify the degree of capacity utilisation of the Internet offering or to carry out adjustments or improvements. This is usually done by the use of log files and cookies. Further information on log files and cookies can be found below.

c) Data collection with your consent
After you give your consent, we are entitled to collect, process and/or store personal data, combine them with other data, archive and use them. Such declaration of consent is given separately and voluntarily and is recorded; you can access its content at any time. If you provide us with your consent to data collection, we collect and process the following personal data in addition to the aforementioned data:
 - Your Name
 - Date, time and your IP address at the time of the declaration of consent
 - Date, time and your IP address at the time of the declaration of consent as well as
 - where required, your e-mail address and your home address
To the extent you authorised the use of personal data for special purposes that are subject to the reservation of consent, you may revoke such consent at any time. Such data are then deleted by us. As far as data were transmitted to third parties with your consent, such third parties are informed immediately and asked to delete such data. You are entitled to limit your consent to the use of your data. They will then only be deleted within the framework of such limitation.

d) Customer account
You need to register to use our online order service within the framework of a customer account. For such registration, all data are requested that we need in order to carry out and process your purchase orders: Your full name and/or your full company name plus the authorised representative(s), your e-mail address, your home address (invoice and, where applicable, different delivery address) and your phone number. Moreover, you must select a user name and a password; both enables easier log-in without entering your details again. We store the data entered by you to create a customer account through which we register, execute and process your purchase order. We keep your data for further orders (registration) as long as you maintain the registration. You are entitled to retrieve, correct and delete your registration data at any time. We will delete your registration if a deletion is prescribed by law, however, no later than two years after we processed your last purchase order.

2. Purpose of use
a) We use your personal data for the following purposes:
 - To technically manage our Internet offer;
 - To provide the basket functions;
 - To make sure that our Internet offer is presented to you in the most effective and interesting manner;
 - To meet our obligations arising from any potential contracts concluded between you and us, e.g. to send goods to the address stated by you;
 - To enable you to participate in interactive offers, if you so desire;
 - To inform you about any changes to our services

b) We will not evaluate the usage data to create personal user profiles, unless you expressly agreed to such use. We do not exclude the evaluation of anonymised usage data for market research purposes; however, any identification of users is excluded. Evaluation in case of abusive interference with our website or other infringements that may lead to a report to the law enforcement authorities remains expressly reserved. Any further evaluation of your usage data or any disclosure to third parties will expressly not be made. The statistical raw data are deleted after 60 days.

c) Your personal data required to enable your use of the services and, where applicable, their billing are first also used only to execute the contracts concluded between us. Such user data are particularly the features for your identification as a user, details on start, end and extent of the relevant use and details on the telemedia services utilised by you as a user.

d) You may subscribe to our e-mail newsletter. If you choose to do so, we need to collect and store your e-mail address. We only use it to send newsletter e-mails that inform you about current offers.

“I agree that my name, my e-mail address and my further voluntary details are
used for market research purposes and for the individual preparation and
sending of selected information. I may revoke such consent at any time for the
future vis-à-vis Graupner/Sj GmbH.”

This declaration of consent is given separately and voluntarily. You may unsubscribe at any time by removing the confirmation check in your customer account under “My account”. Your data will then be deleted.

e) However, the Federal Data Protection Act always allows the data processing and use if this happens in line with the purpose of a contractual relationship or a trust relationship similar to a contract or to the extent necessary to maintain legitimate interests of the storing body and if there is no reason to assume that the protection-worthy interest of the data subject in the exclusion of the processing or use prevails. Despite a revocation or a declaration of consent that has been cancelled in whole or in part, data can therefore be processed and used without your consent within the limited framework permitted by law, particularly due to statutory archiving obligations.

3. Revocation, blocking, deletion and correction of your personal data
a) Revocation
You are entitled to revoke your consent regarding the storage of your personal data at any time. You are also entitled at all times to revoke your consent to the collection and storage of further voluntary data by us. We would like to point out that we check your identity to protect your privacy and safety before you can take such measures.

5. Use of cookies/session IDs, targeting, web analysis services
a) General information
We also collect information on your use of our Internet offer by means of so-called cookies. bb) Google Adwords: “Conversion-Tracking”
We also use the Google Adwords function “Conversion-Tracking”, an analytics service of Google Inc. (“Google”). We are able to analyse your behaviour with this function after clicking on one of our Google advertisements and the forwarding to our Internet offer. User actions that are deemed valuable for our Internet presence are called conversion. This may e.g. the subscription of the newsletter or the purchase of a product.
If you click on one of our Google advertisements on another website, a so-called conversion cookie is stored on your computer. It loses its validity after about 30 days.
The used cookie serves solely the usage analysis. During the analysis, the total number of the conversions is determined by Google and forwarded to us. No personal data are submitted to us. According to information provided by it, Google does not collect any personal conversion data either.
We are not able to draw any conclusions on the identify of the user who triggered the relevant conversion.

cc) Facebook: "Custom Audiences"
With your permission, our website utilizes the Conversion Tracking Pixel service of Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This tool allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to a provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus able to record the efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remain anonymous. This means that we cannot see the personal data of any individual user. However, the collected data are saved and processed by Facebook. We are informing you on this matter according to our information at this time. Facebook is able to connect the data with your Facebook account and use the data for their own advertising purposes, in accordance with Facebook’s Data Use Policy found under: Facebook Conversion Tracking also allows Facebook and its partners to show you advertisements on and outside Facebook. This guarantees that YouTube does not store any information about you when you access our website. However, please take note that the YouTube videos integrated in our Internet offer will establish a connection to YouTube in all cases you click on and watch a YouTube video. This happens to guarantee the technical transfer of the video. Data are transmitted to YouTube through the

9. Security of data
All information you submit to us is stored on servers within the European Union. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely safe, which is why we are not able to guarantee the security of the data submitted via the Internet to our website. However, we protect our website and other systems by taking technical and organisational measures against loss, destruction, access, change or dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons. In particular, we encrypt your personal data before transferring them. We use the coding system SSL (Secure Socket Layer) [and/or TLS (Transport Layer Security)] for this purpose.
