The mz-32 has a dual 2.4GHz redundant RF system driving a polarized patch antenna for unmatched signal quality and extended range. The included 9000mAh LiPo battery will provide more than 10 hours of operating time, which makes a long day at the field both possible and fun!

The outdoor friendly 4.3-inch state of the art TFT color touchscreen ensures convenient access to all the mz-32 functions for setting up and managing your models. The highly optimized and fast performing graphical user interface is driven by a high-performance processor making access to menus and functions fast and crisp just like on your Smartphone. The intuitive touch and tap control makes navigation around the menus fast, easy and fun!

The mz-32 is not only fast and responsive but is also fast to load. You will be using your mz-32 from power up in 10 seconds!

Designing your own screen layouts to display information or create menu shortcuts can be done on the fly by simply tapping on the screen. The mz-32 provides over hundred widgets which make up the screens that you like and fit your style for controlling your models. You can create in total six screens that better fit your needs and personal style using the tip of your finger. No programming needed! You can do it all with the mz-32.

One radio for all! German, English, French and Italian language is supported with more languages to come all in one radio!

With 32 channels the mz-32 provides unlimited functionality and control over any model that you have. You can bind up to four 2.4GHz receivers so you can layout and distribute the channels the way you want.

For example, you can have two six-channel receivers for each wing from where you can control ailerons, flaps, landing gear, and lights. Just supply main power to the wing, and you are ready to go.

No complicated wiring or expensive hubs needed! This provides you with a level of simplicity with the benefits of RF redundancy unseen before in the industry.

Still need more channels but do not have enough switches to do what you want? The mz-32 now also provides up to 64 digital switches that can be assigned and controlled from the widget menu with a simple tap. Create as many digital switch combinations as you like for turning lights and smoke on or off, turn cranes or water guns or anything else that you need to control without using up your switches.

Switching and control options are further enhanced with Logical Switches (And, Or, Equal, Not), Control Switches, and Combination Switches. Each provides a new level of control to you depending on switch position or stick location.

Need to hear what is going on? The mz-32 provides endless options to generate almost any type of system or telemetry voice notification depending on the state of your radio such as switch positions, flight phase names, warnings, vario information and endless others.

The mz-32 starts communicating with you from the moment you turn it on, informing you if a switch or control is in the wrong position for the selected model. No more surprises from collapsing landing gear, runaway motors or wrong gyro settings. The mz-32 can inform you when needed even when you forgot to bring down your landing gear or are about to run out of range or battery.

Walks of shame are now a thing of the past!

With over 600 installed voices and unlimited voice combinations, you can make almost any voice announcements or add as many as you want using our text to speech editor.

In need of help during setup or when something is unclear? Forget about searching through lengthy manuals or endless web searches! The mz-32 provides support right where you need. Each menu and option has its own context-sensitive answers right on the screen. Just tap the question mark and you will be instantly presented with help and assistance.

Don’t like our help screens? Make or add your own help screens with whatever makes sense to you. The mz-32 is there for you allowing you to do and have the things you like the most.

With integrated Bluetooth and Wi-Fi the mz-32 is ready to connect you with the rest of the world! Use your Bluetooth headset to hear voice alerts or music from the built-in music player. It's your choice!

Connect to your wireless LAN to receive notifications about newly released firmware that are instantly downloaded and installed on your radio. Your mz-32 is always up to date with the latest and greatest! The update can also be done by using the included USB cable and the latest firmware which you can always find on our website.

Graupner takes connectivity further with a micro USB port that can charge your radio, access your included 16GB micro SD memory card where screens, models, voice files, music and screen shots are stored.

You can use the USB or DSC port also as a joystick controller for games and flight simulators. Now you can practice flying your model on your favorite flight simulator with the same radio that you use at the field!

The data port on the back can be configured to output a variety of digital signal outputs like SUMD, CROSSFIRE, Smart Box, and more. Adding and using third-party modules such as long-range FPV has never been easier than with the mz-32.

All Graupner HoTT receivers now also support digital single wire output such as PPM, SUMD, and SBUS for more connectivity and better interoperability.

The built-in file manager lets you manage things like voice files, screenshots, and more from wherever you are!

  • Smart-Box
  • External Monitor
  • SUMD
  • DSMX, DSM2 (Data Output)

Computers, wirers, and programming boxes are things of the past! The mz-32 HoTT wireless protocol lets you do everything right on the radio! Need to set up your telemetry, flight controller or reverse the direction of your telemetry ESC or flight controller? Just use the shortcut key on the radio to access any of the receiver connected devices, and you are immediately in business. Do this at home while setting up your model or at the field to fine-tune your settings.

Enjoy the HoTT integration of third-party flight controllers and sensors like Ikon, Spirit, 3Digi, MSH-Brain, SM Modelbau and many more for easy access using only your mz-32 radio. Each of Graupner's HoTT receivers provides this functionality, and there is no need to purchase anything else to use these convenient features.

Training your family members or friends is as easy as bind and teach! The mz-32 provides a wireless and wired trainer support that can be used with any of our HoTT radios using the DSC port in the back.

You can assign control to any of the active channels depending on your student's level and model capabilities. Passing control is easily done with a flick of a switch.

RC Dude
My first flight with the mz-32 was smooth and uneventful. I have been using Futaba radios for decades and recently switched to the Spekrum ix12 which was a total disaster. Slow, full of bugs and having Android in the middle was not helpful either. I was skeptical trying a new radio but decided to give Graupner a try and did not regret it. With all the graphics it has to offer its flashing fast to use. I followed some of the videos and while I had to get used to how you setup a model on the mz-32 I was done in minutes when I understood their way of thinking which at the end made a lot of sense! I converted 4 airplanes already including a F5J sailplane which took minutes after talking to a Graupner rep over the phone. This radio sets a new standard in my opinion and the widgets are a very nice touch to what already is an impressive radio! Goodbye Futaba, goodbye Spectrum! Erwin

Most complete transmitter I've ever had
Let me preface my review by disclosing that I was an early tester of the MZ-32. I like to think I'm objective in tech matters, being in a tech occupation, but take this review however you like. The feel of the sticks is like no other transmitter I've had. I've gone through a DX7, X9303, DX9, MZ-24, and MZ-24 Pro, and the gimbals on the MZ-32 are noticeably smoother than all of them. A lot of the credit goes to the use of Hall Effect sensors, which are contactless and, therefore, don't suffer from the friction effects that potentiometer-based gimbals do. While I don't agree with some of the UI decisions made, the UI is consistent at least. Once I got used to the paradigm, navigating the interface was very intuitive. Having contextual help available for almost every screen helps immensely, and although not yet mature, the help text is mostly understandable and useful. As for the programming capabilities, the MZ-32 has everything I could realistically want. Logical switches allow for combining physical switches together using digital logic and allow the definition of software latches, which allow a control function to be engaged in one switch position and disengaged in another switch position, even on a different switch. A simplified version of logical switches is also available, called Multi-Switches, which allow you to assign an on/off function to a group of switches, with each switch in a particular position representing the "on" condition. Something else I discovered only recently, and that is not yet documented in the help text, is the ability to use sequencers as time-delay switches. By defining a 0-100 step on an unused channel after a time delay, and assigning a control switch for the sequencer, the output control can be assigned to any channel or other function that takes a control (e.g. logical switch, multi-switch) and made to trigger the specified time after flipping the physical switch. This capability allowed me to implement functionality that I couldn't even dream of doing with any of my prior transmitters. Overall, I'm very impressed with this transmitter.

This radio does from A thru Z. From telemetry to mixing, it does it all. On telemetry it gives, engine temperature and RPM, ESC temperature, battery voltage and more. This is accomplished with Graupner receiver and ESC; without the need of added components! Shows live output signal graphics and many other functions, too many to mention. If you are looking for a complete high-end radio, this is it. The Graupner mz-32!

MZ-32 Review
WOW this is some radio. The features are fantastic, as usual with Graupner equipment it is totally complete, PC interface, USB cable, Tx stand and neck strap. It took me quite some time to get into programming the radio, it is straight forward but you do have to understand "MZ-32 speak" to extract the most from the amazing array of features. The sticks feel really smooth and there is sufficient spring tension adjustment. The touch screen is visible in sunlight and works very well although I wish there was a compatible stylus, my fingers tend to be a bit fat and inaccurate! The array of telemetry, if you use a Graupner ESC and Gyro/Vario receiver is excellent, with no need for additional sensors. The text to voice messaging is also excellent and easy to set up (once I had spoken to the great Doug in Tech Support). Unfortunately the haptic feedback seems to be preset and not user assignable. I haven't tried out the wireless connectivity yet but it sounds really good. A feature I like is the ability to assign the trim controls to any stick. So as with the Airtronics "Cross Trim" function, I switch the elevator & motor trims, the aileron and rudder trims. Flying a new model this allows one to fly the model on the right stick and have your left hand free to adjust the trims. The RF link from Tx to airplane is absolutely rock solid and extremely precise. In summary you do have to be patient but once you're tuned in this radio is fantastic.

I have used JR, Spectrum, and Futaba, Mz 24 pro, Mz 18, and several other Graupner transmitters and can say without reservations that the MZ 32 by Graupner is the best all around radio for model aircraft I have owned. Programing this radio to do about anything you can think of is so easy and intuitive that you don't really need a manual. The new antenna eliminates the problem of breakage when putting the transmitter back in the case which comes with the radio. This is the supreme RC aircraft transmitter at any price.

RC Giant Scale Warbird Enthusiast
I recently purchased the MZ-32 and have nothing but good things to say about it. The Graupner MZ-32 design and development team definitely "got it right" on this radio. The hardware, features and ergonomic design are all top notch. This radio is probably overkill for the beginner / novice in RC due to the extensive features and price. However, for anyone else that is looking to upgrade to a more capable system this is the radio to seriously consider. It is very competitively priced and has cutting edge features as compared to other manufacturers' products. Based on that it's a real bargain -- especially when you should be able to use it for many years to come. It's doubtful that your needs will ever outgrow it. The only issue, which turned out to be a minor one, was that I had a need for a couple of different switches (ex: a 3-way toggle instead of a 2-way toggle; a standard toggle switch instead of a momentary) on the radio. This was resolved by Graupner customer support which has been exemplary based on my experience with them. They are awesome. Kudos to Graupner all around!!! Go out and buy an MZ-32 -- you won't have any regrets!

I've had the mz-32 radio for about a week now and with my work schedule I have only read one of the two manuals that came with the radio so far. The print is very fine and the pictures are hard to disifer but if you go to the Graupner website the explanations will become much clearer. You will need to go to their website anyway to update your radio. To do this I found it easier to use an iPad that I can pause when I need to and rewind for clarity. I use my laptop for the actual download of the updated program. I haven't taken this new mz-32 to the field yet because I have one more manual to read (it's been raining anyway) but I am looking forward to that initial flight.

Yes it is a different learning curve from the MZ-24 but you always need to learn new things about different radios - So far it's running like a race Porsche. Charlie
